Refund policy

All returns or exchanges must be completed prior to 14 days of purchase.
All clothing must be unworn with tags still attached.
Pointe shoes must be unsewn, unworn, and with all packaging and box, as well as properly stored. If there is any signs of damage or wear, the items are not able to be return or exchanged.

All tights are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

*All shipping returns are the customer's responsibility. Return labels are not provided. All returned items being shipped must be shipped via UPS or FedEx to our storefront location. If you prefer to ship via USPS the returns will need to be addressed to 220 Madera Ct, Monterey CA 93940 as USPS does not deliver to our storefront and will be returned to you.*
